Cynthia Smith is an Evangelist and teacher with an Apostolic Prophetic mantle upon her life. She operates in the Office of the Prophet. She was mentored by and worked for Prophetess Dr. Juanita Bynum for a season (1997-2000). Prophetess Cynthia is the Founder of Upon This Rock International Christian Ministries, Inc. an international ministry dedicated and committed to outreach services for women, children and seniors who have complusive and obsessive behavior (addiction), domestic-violence, healthcare issues (HIV/AIDS), formerly incarcerated/incarcerated and missions (traveling to such places as Africa, France, London) she utilizes social media and digital technology as tools to help religious educators meet the aims of progressive education and social empowerment.  She has an Associates of Applied Science in Law, Bachelors of Liberal Arts in Communications, Master of Arts in Religious Education and Master of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary. Prophetess Bellinger is a certified Chaplain by both the National Association of Youth Chaplains, Inc. and United Chaplains of New York State.  In 2012 she was appointed the City Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer Task Force for the City of Yonkers.  She is a consultant and freelance inspirational speaker, fundraiser, publicist, writer and host of a weekly cablecast, telecast and webcast program in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut; with a VOD on Dish Network makes her shows also national.  She has one adult son and three grandsons.
